On April 20, 2009, I was contacted by Magazine Union Readers Club about getting Soap Opera Digest. They gave me an account number URCDD091****. Payment Plan 9 monthloy payments of $29.99. !st pament date April 29,2009. 1st Pym amount $29.99.
I have never received the magazine. I talked to a Vera on 5-28-10 at 1-800-459-6627 and was told it would be restarted. She said I should get it within 6 weeks. I still didn't get it. I called again in Aug. (didn't write the name down this time of who I talked to) and was told it would start by the end of August.
It still hasn't came and the phone number has been busy for 3 weeks.
What should I do? Should I contact Lowe's Visa and let them know it was a hoax or will you take care of it.
