Seriously Confusing????

This is a company that any one would be very tempted to try but I think investigation is the key!

I've read tons of comment's, claims and rebuttals just this evening on several different sites(about Isaac Mizrahi and Magic Kids Inc.)

And I have to say that nothing has been very helpful because there are just as many people that are strongly for the company as there are completely against it and hardly any neutrals to balance the extremes???

How does one know what to believe???

The only thing I can say that helped me personally decide not to look into them further is some one added a BBB link to their comment on Scam.com and I clicked and saw first hand for my self that Magic Kids got a F rating for their business practices
And F is the worst rating a Biz can get If the business had at least gotten a B,C or maybe even a D I might have been more inclined to look

Call me Cynical if you want, but I like many people can't even afford to lose 147.00 at this point Sad huh??

I hope this helps the people that are perhaps just as confused as I am about the letters they're receiving in the mail from this company..

I received the same letter, and it clearly states that they will hold your check or credit card for 30 days, giving you chance to make money before they take your deposit. If you haven't made enough to suit you, they don't charge anything. It also states that you can return the kit if after 60 days you haven't made $3,000.00 or more. I think it's pretty fair and straightforward. Most companies want your money up front without a chance to try their system.

I am curious as to how someone can post a ripoff report on a product that they have not purchased or tried to put to use?

It seems to me that it's people like this that is the whole reason the $147 'good faith' deposit is required in the first place. No company can afford to send out free materials to everyone that requests them when so many people are not willing to put any effort into attempting to grow their own business.

There isn't a business out there that can guarantee your success unconditionally because so much of it depends on the individual and how much they are willing to put into it and commit to growing their own investment.

It's sad, but the reason so many companies are able to take advantage of people is due to the fact that there are so many individuals out there that are chasing the pipe dream that they can make millions by doing nothing more than buying a report, book, course, or software, etc. that is going to do all the work for them and they will reap the rewards. Since that's what people want, that's what the illegitimate places play on.

Once everyone realizes that this is not reality, and that you should actually put in some effort on your own part to become successful at anything you do, then there will be far less people being ripped off. I mean seriously wouldn't you be more satisfied knowing you worked hard to make something of yourself rather than making a few measly bucks off of someone else's efforts anyway?

Personally I have no problems with being offered the opportunity to try something completely free for 30 days and having the ability to actually be able to put in my effort, implement and review the opportunity before I have to invest the very reasonable 'good faith' fee to cover the expense of my marketing material and instruction.

In short my suggestions are 1) Don't take it upon yourself to assume that something is a ripoff without even trying it or giving it a fair shot. That's just unfair to the company.

2) We all need to stop expecting something for nothing and just do our best to find a legitimate opportunity that we click with and work as hard as we can at it to be successful!

I am a circular distributor of Magic Kids as well as a customer. If you should have any doubts, please feel free to visit their website www.magickidsusa.com. The letter also stated that you would be give one full month AFTER you receive your kit before you are charged and they also ask you to post-date your money order or check. I have just started and have made $2,143.52 in less than a week. They still have three weeks before they charge my account and I'm already ahead. This company is legitimate and very helpful through phone support should you need help in anything. The cost is a fair price considering all of the materials you receive including: many color company catalogs, a brand new outfit, instructions and lots of advice. No one can win the lottery without buying a ticket.

I have done and am doing exceptionally well with this company! People that are reporting that this company is a scam, corrupt, and that is not legitimate needs to find out the FACTS FIRST! I have been with Magic Kids for a couple of years now and am so glad I joined! I will admit it was a little slow at first but thats with about any business.
