Mailbox Magazines, Ripped me off! Tamarac, Florida

I engaged in an agreement with Mailbox Magazines May of 2009.  They began billing my $59.80 payments 5/27/09.  One month this company double billed me then returned one payment to my credit card.

In October 2009 this company tripled billed me, promising to correct the error, then did not.  They credited my account for the next two months instead.  During this time I made 7 calls to Mailbox Magazines informing them that I had not received any of the magazines I ordered.  I was told to do a mail trace with the post office.  I was also told that some of the subscriptions were no longer available.  I changed two of the magazine subscriptions.  On several occassions I was told they were checking with the publishers as to the delay.

To date, July 2010, I have received 1 substitute magazine at a cost of $598.00!  This company is a major rip off!  They are now contacting me to clear the balance.  Not going to happen.  LIVID.
