male witch or philan whoever his is a joke, people with true gift will not charge you, I had 2 relatives back when I was a little girl who had a powerful gift, anything you needed done, they were able to do. One of them her name was cheeks, I remember as a little girl hearing her tell people she helped how much did they owe her and she would always respond, GOD DOES NOT!! CHARGE FOR HIS GIFT just give me milk, eggs, and bread. she was so powerful if you had a relative that was going to prison, she Would somehow get to the judge and manage to shake his hand, and the judge would throw the case out, this is how powerful she was, and my Great Aunt also, if somebody was fighting for thier man, she knew what to do, those men did not budge. This bull crap 6,7,8 hundred dollars, these people are as about AS phoney as a 2 dollar bill. My relatives would get up out of thier graves and walk around it twice knowing how these con trixters are now. preying on innocnet people, just like car mechanics, a bunch of BANDITS.

   Yes I paid him for work. I felt it did help, in the end I didnt get what I wanted however. But for a while there it was working. I just needed to handle it different I think. I hope he can still help me out to finish my goals. But in short, yes I feel his workings did help my situation at least for a while.

This is more for the person that wrote the recent comment: have you paid Phelan yet? Do you feel like it worked?

I used his services once and I didn't have the funds either. He calmly and politely told me to save up or make Payments and once it was fully paid he would start work. I honestly have dragged him around for a few years cause I keep believing I personally can salvage my concern, or that I shouldn't do such etc.. But I plan to contact him here in a few days and pay his price that day. He's been around too long, and your the only complaint. Plus your complaint isn't truly valid.. What did you say to him exactly to make someone call you a liar? I mean really if someone wants money from you and you tell um you don't gave it, what do they have to gain by cussing you out over the Internet? I personally would say alright well please let me know when you have full funds and are ready to continue. :/ I think you need to post more facts, or copy the to and from Letters on here if he's rude.. Still your saying the man isnt trustworthy and is not real when you didn't even get work done... That also is uncalled for. Sounds like you just had a sore spot you wanted to itch and you took it out on malewitch...

I could be totally wrong but from just reading your post I'd question you more than I would malewitch, just too vauge and childish story (true or not).. It just seems too childish to be true from a business standpoint.
