Malewitch.com Phelan Scam artist Internet

 I purchased a love spell from Phelan of malewitch.com in February of 2016. I got the run around of when to expect any result. He was also very rude to me on more than one occasion when I was simply asking questions of when I'll see results. He just told me to keep waiting and the blocks will be cleared and all that bogus. At one point he said he would give me a refund and blocked the work then when I asked for a refund he would not provide. He has also blocked me from his website. He is obviously a scammer and needs to pay for his crimes. I have filed a police report and I encourage others fooled by this man to do the same. I may not get my money back but hopefully he will see the inside of a prison cell.
