Maloney Anderson Robert Marsh Pretended to hire me as his Executive Assistant unknown, Nationwide

   "Maloney Anderson" put an ad on the gumtree (London) last week for an EA. I responded to his advert as I am looking for an EA position.  I sent my CV (Resume) which included my mobile number.

   He emailed me the next day saying I had been "hired" as his "Trustee PA", yes without even an interview.  All I had to do, apparently was order some furntiture to get delivered to my address, which he would pay for in advance and also pay me a further 750 a week!! C'MON GET REAL!! If people could earn 750 a week having furniture delivered to their house, who would even get out of bed??

   He asked me to "price up" a list of office furniture and let him know what it was.

   I decided to play along, and googled all the prices and responded to him.  I also told him to send the money order/cheque to "my address".  The address I gave him was the local police station.

   He then sent me two further emails asked if the "cheques" had cleared and when I didn't respond he actually rang me!! I asked him why he said he was from Sydney when he clearly did NOT have an Australian accent (I should know, I'm Australian).  Then we got into a huge argument when I accused him of being a scam artist.  He then accused me of trying to rip him off!!! I then told him I gave him the address of the police station.  He kept repeating "you did not! you did not!" while I kept shouting back "oh yes I did, yes I did, why don't you look it up?"

   "If you did that," he said "how about I send some guns??" and then he hung up.

   Anyway I am going to head down to the police station tomorrow, yes the same one whose address I gave, to see if his fake cheque did in fact arrive there, and I will be armed with all his emails and his phone number....
