Mancini's does everything they can to shuck their responsiblity toward a warrantee. The 'Customer For Life' theory, the crux of what is taught in every legitimate salesmanship class, is bucked by Mancini's Sleep World. It is so hard to was through the muck of their missed appointments, incomplete deliveries, 'sign this now' attitudes (I mean that through three wrong deliveries, they kept yapping and pointing to the signature line, shoving the paper under my nose and tapping the signature line, smiling as I was trying to write down details of the discrepancies and read the small print, of which you had better read very very well because they-don't-tell-you-these-things-in-the- store, non-English-speaking 'smile and nod their heads' delivery staff, inaccurate (incomplete or totally wrong invoices showing things NOT there, new deliveries of yet more damaged merchandise, incomplete deliveries), did I mention incomplete deliveries?
Why would a stain void a warrantee? If a brand new mattress is clearly defective, what does a stain really have to do with it? Do they intend to re-sell the defective piece? Puleeeeeez!
My mattress was not stained, by the way. It wasn't worth the time taken from my job to deal with Mancini's gyrations anymore. Besides the $800.00+ I spent on the mattress set alone, I lost a great deal of income jsut writing down the reasons I refused the various pieces of bad furniture. Wish I had sent the mattress set back at the same time.

For 40 years, Mancini's Sleepworld has been committed to providing excellent products and services to every consumer. Consumers can help themselves by taking time to read the policies related to their purchase that are displayed in every Mancini's Sleepworld store, on the back of their receipt and even on their delivery information.
It is unfortunate that retailers have to spell out policies in such a manner, but because of unscrupulous folks, we have to make sure all our policies are clearly posted and reiterated throughout the sale. Hence, the invoice clearly states that "All deliveries signed for are final...", if ever there is an issue with a delivery, the customer should refuse delivery and contact the store or the corporate office immediately. We have to require signatures on all sales and delivery forms so as to assure that the proper procedures were followed. That said, it is difficult to address the claims in this report, as there is very little specific information to respond to.
Mancini's Sleepworld is a retailer of products that are warrantied by the manufacturers of those products. Each manufacturer has specific warranty instructions that are included with every purchase. Like any product, one should be careful to read the warranty care instructions before using it. Mattress manufacturers are prohibited, by law, from accepting stained merchandise due to the health related issue surrounding such items. This is explained clearly in the warranty information. When such stains exist on a product, Mancini's Sleepworld cannot pickup such a product.
To protect your investment, Mancini's Sleepworld recommends consumers purchase a mattress protector, which will help provide lasting comfort as well as protect the mattress material from allergens, dust mites, odors and stains.
Finally, all these issues can be sorted out by calling the corporate office and asking to speak with customer service. Mancini's remains comitted to providing the best place to buy a mattress with the best selection and service in the industry.
