Mandrien Consulting Russell "Rusty" Solomon Ex-Attorney Scam Artist in Louisiana - Now Scamming Real Estate Market Middletown, Rhode Island

Russell "Rusty" Solomon was an Attorney in Louisiana and was forced to resign via the Supreme Court.  This came about after several years of investigations lead by the FBI to find out he had a scam going with a known doctor (Katz).  They hired people to get leads from "ambulance chasing" and talking injured victims into seeing this doctor for less than good treatment.  Then the doctor would convince them to see Russell for their legal services.  Seems like a nice set up except its illegal.  See Russell was paying Katz and the runners finders fees.  Keeping all the checks from the client funds to the con-artists under $10,000 so he did not need to report it to the government. 

This went on for over 12 years according to the Supreme Court case which is public information.

In the end all were arrested, charged, and sentenced.  Since Russell snitched on all the people he worked with in exchange for a lighter sentence, he still had to resign from being an Attorney ever again in ANY state. 

No one hears about him for a while.  Until one day I come across a photo of a brand new Russell.  He colored his hair jet black (was all gray) and posted a very smoothed out photo of himself on the internet next to a profile for a new company and using an alias "Rusty".  Not only that but he also registered the name of his new company Mandarin Consulting in his 85 year old relatives name and listed the BUSINESS address to an apartment building in Louisiana.  Strange?  I agree.

Living in Rhode Island now and claiming to have a NY company called Mandarin Consulting.  However, NY has no record of any such company.  When you look up the address and name of the business and call the number provided it is a generic answering service and not a real office. 

Also it seems Russell is back to his old tricks of ripping people off but now in the Real Estate and Title industries.  He owes people money for commissions and promises made which he did not keep.  He also withheld all of the info above from his new venture partners. 

I am all for a person making mistakes and then turning a new leaf and changing.  However, this person is not doing that.  He has only changed his appearance and found a new way to rip off people.  Keep in mind he is no longer a lawyer, which I have heard he still telling people he is a lawyer and a title agent which he is not.  He does not own anything.  He is a liar, con-artist, and felon.  He took an oath to help people as a lawyer and he got caught ripping them off in their injury claims.  How low can someone go?  Injured - sick clients that need every penny and he was there picking away at their settlements, terrible...

Stay away from Russell "Rusty" Solomon and Mandarin Consulting or Title Company or any of his so-called services.  He will rip you off!
