Mann Bracken - Palisades Acquisition Fraudulent Default Judgement, Violation of FDCPA Atlanta Georgia

Appearently Mann Bracken, Palisades Acquisitions received an $18,000 default judgment against me in Dekalb County Court in GA. I was never served, henceforth I never had an opportunity to respond in court. But I will have the last laugh. I obtaineded a copy of the paperwork from the courts. The attorney representing Mann Bracken aka Wolpoff & Abramson LLP; Jennifer Hubbard, certified to the court that I was served personally; when you are served personally and don't show up in court a default judgement is granted. I was never served personally.

The Process Server (TJB Recovery Johnny Henderson) certified to the courts that I was served notoriously via my sister-in law Justin Carmichael a 47 year old black female. Here is the kicker... I do not have a sister in-law. My Brother whom lives in PA and has never been to GA has never been married. I do not know anyone named Justin Carmichael. The address they claimed to have served me at was an old address from 5 years ago. I'm in the process of having the default judgment vacated. My girlfriend still resides at this address and will certify to the courts that no one name Justin Carmichael has ever lived at her home. The bottom line is that the process server committed perjury. They simply made up a name; Mann Bracken is famous for using bogus addresses; they intentionally serve you at addressess they know are fake.

I am headed to court on Monday Dec 8, 08 for my traverse hearing on the fraudulent garnishment these criminals were able to obtain; I will be filing criminal complaints against everyone and a federal lawsuit against Mann Bracken, Palisades Aquisition and Wolpoff & Abramson, TJB Recovery and Jennifer Hubbard.
