viewed services available at http://www.drbasscabs.com, contacted Marc Serio by phone and email correspondence September 2009, finalized design of custom bass cabinets and purchase price of $1300.00. Sent payment via USPS Money Orders and USPS Express Mail September 29, 2009.
received email from Marc Serio that drivers for cabinet construction were in stock 9/29/09
received email from Marc Serio that design work on cabinets was done 10/13/09
heard nothing from Dr. Bass for months, emailed at end of December 2009, and was told cabinets were complete, but waiting for drivers (which were supposedly IN STOCK at time of order)
emailed and spoke to Marc Serio February 2010, needed cabinets completed or full refund, was told that my cabinets would be completed and shipped by end of February 2010. Received NOTHING, demanded full refund as only remedy to the situation.
To date, have not received any correspondence from Marc Serio d/b/a Dr Bass LLC.
