 This couple is married and reside in upper marlboro md. The couple was offering a credit sweep service for $1500. They are a fradualent couple that takes your money and scams people for personal gains. Marcus Foster is a fairfax fire fighter and Caprice is a financial consultant at bmw of rockville. that's how they recruited their victims. They live in a $600k hse with multiple luxury vehicles. So you do the math!!!! This couple is wickid.

they lie about taxes they make fake paystubs they are just straight up fraudelent. Marcus is 24 or 25. and caprice is 36 or 37 she manupilated him through clients from the bmw dealership to make him defraud people. they are a coward couple with no remorse, caprice has 2 kids 1 in grade school and a teenager that attends Wise high school in upper marlboro md. THEY ARE SCAMMED AND DANGEROUS SO PLEASE DON'T RELEASE ANY FUNDS TO THIS COUPLE!!!
