This person contacted us through Craigslist to buy a dining room set for $400.00-sent us a check by Fed X for $1400.00 and asked us to give the remainder of the money to the person picking up the furniture.
I took the check to my own bank and they called Citibank and it said the funds were not available for deposit. So, I went ahead and called Citibank and spoke to a person and she said it could be part of a scam.
