Maria Bruckman Hazida Ramone, Maria Bruckman, Robert Ellis Scam decieve uninformative shady secretive West Columbia, South Carolina

I recieved an email in reponse to a listing I placed on Craiglist. The Responder called herself "Nia". She was interested in a drafting table I had for sale. She sent me a CitiBank check for 1300 dollars with the remitter name "Maria Bruckman." She sent me more than I was asking and told me to "moneygram" the balance to a specific address for the shipping company she was using to pickup the desk. she was very cautious at the beggining of the transaction, but as soon as I told her I recieved her check she was overly anxious to finish the transaction. it seemed shady to me. I decided to wait for her check to clear, I told her I was waiting the full 10 business days, which my bank advised me to do before I would send the money to her delievery person. She then got frustrated and told me she wanted to back out of the deal and wanted her money sent back to her. Sure enough 7 business days into the transaction her "Citibank Bank Check" was returned to my bank unpaid. Also during the transaction she would call me from time to time using a relay service put in place for the hearing impaired. It uses an operator who types my response to the caller and the operator relays to me what the other person is typing. therefore she wouldn't have to actually talk to me or give out her phone number.

      After she decided to back out of the deal I relisted the drafting table. As soon as I did I recieved another email from a "Maria Bruckman" (the same name on the original check) who was interested in the same table. she sounded just like "Nia". she said that her speach was bad so she wouldn't call but was interested in the drafting table. she also noted she wouldn't mind waiting for the certified check to clear.
