We bought a 2010 BMW 535 I.  The engine light came on on the way home.  We put it in the shop next day and had the problem analized.  Turbo mixture problems, need to possibly pull the negine to repair.  Undetermined cost to repair.  Also the battery was dead.  We contacted Marietta Luxury Motors.  Several dozen phone calls to see what they would do about the problem.  The Finance manager eventually said they decided not to anything or repair the vehicle.  Potential customers need to be aware of this type of business.

NEVER use Marietta Luxury Motors

AUTHOR: MGL - ()

POSTED: Thursday, October 24, 2013

First of all, for this guy with the BMW problems ... there are lemon laws in Georgia. I would say check in to them.

Secondly, NEVER use Marietta Luxury Motors but if you do, check their figures in ANY paperwork. They fraudulantly tried to add on about $2,500 to the purchase price stating it was the new Ad Valorem tax even though they already had that charge on a separate line item.  Long story short, I called them out on it and they ripped the papers from my hand to shred them so there would be no proof of their fraud. At least I have a little proof of my own and people like this should NOT be in business.

Just be very careful with these folks ... they are not there to conduct a professional, honest business.

Welcome To The EXPENSIVE World Of BMW's!

If you buy a BMW, then have a pile of cash sitting around to pay for repairs...plain and simple.  Then you go on to say the dealer refused to fix it.  Did you have a warranty?  Did you buy it "AS IS"?  If you didn't get a warranty, why would you even think you are "ENTITLED" to free warranty service?
