Mark Anthony Vestering Mark A Vestering Deadbeat Dad. Quit paying child support through work and is getting work comp, not paying through work comp either. Royse City, Texas

Mark has decided once again to not pay child support.  His current wife has also stated I am stalking them and making her life and child's life miserable because I've started contacting family and who ever else will listen regarding him not paying child support.  This is a common occurance for him.  He was at one point almost 10,000. behind in child support and has almost got it caught up until now.  He had a $40,000. warrant for his arrest in the state of Kansas for not paying child support.  As soon as the warrant dropped, he has once again quit working.  He claims to have hurt himself at work and is getting work comp, but still is not paying his obligation.  His son has tried contacting him and I have as well and he will not respond.  

I've recently been diagnosed with Lymphoma and had 1/4 lung removed and went through chemotherapy and continued to work through the treatments.  I was back to work 3 weeks after removal of lung.  If I can go to work so can he.  Or at least pay something towards child support.  He is getting work comp for his injury at the present time, until they decide to boot him out of the company.  Please, if anyone can help me that would be much appreciated.  Mark's family doesn't even request to see their grandchild.  There has been so many lies I'm sure spread around that they probably think I'm terrible.  I'm just trying to collect what is needed to help feed and clothe my child.  It has been well over 8 years or so since he has communicated with his son.  I need to get the word out in Royse City Texas that this man is not paying his child support.  Maybe with a little embarrasement he will start helping to take care of his son.
