Mark Floyd Photography LLC Floyds Photos Skipped town with my photos and money Jacksonville, Florida

My wedding was December 2005.  We hired Mark Floyd as our photographer after good experiences with friends of ours.  We signed a contract and paid him the full amount at the wedding.  He showed up and took pictures as promised. After that it has been a nightmare.  I have tried for almost 5 years now to get our album and pictures or at the very least the memory card with our pictures.  He has been almost impossible to contact, and anytime I have been able to make contact, he promises the work is almost done and he will get the album out to me that week.  Of course I have never received that album or other pictures.  After many unreturned phone calls and emails, I tried once again to call him today only to find out all his numbers are disconnected and his website down.  From the different phone calls I have made to others who know him, he has apparently skipped town.  I am not the only person he has stolen from now.  It has been told to me that there are as much as 50 people currently trying to locate him that have not received their wedding photos.  I am still trying to locate him in order to file suit.
