This ripoff report was written by our Park Manager. Her name is Lisa Poe and she was terminated in May 2014. I Mark Griffin caught Lisa trying to fraud and scam the Senior citizens of Hidden Hills. Lisa scammed and tried to ripoff the Residents. The regional manager Sharon Stewart did nothing to stop this abuse. Sharon Stewart in my opinion was helping Lisa Poe scam the elderly population of Hidden Hills. Sharon was responsible for doing the background checks on the Park employee's and failed to do her job! Sharon received repeated phone calls and letters of this abuse from me and other Park Residents and not only defended Lisa Poe. But Sharon would help Lisa harass the people who had a concern or complaint. Sharon abused her power as Regional Manager and sould be a shamed of herself?

We now have a new Park Manager and things seem to have calmed down. It's a shame that the Owners of Hidden Hills did not fire Sharon Stewart. ARC investments and Great Florida living should also be a shamed of themselves for not doing anything about Lisa Poe and Sharon Stewart. Its my opinion they knew about what Lisa Poe was up to, and did nothing. Keith Cunning and Sharon Stewart received a lot of complaints from Park Residents and did not investigate Lisa Poe. We as park Residents had to do our own investigation and what we found shocked us! Lisa Poe hired the park Maintanance Man and his name was Mike Johnson. Or so we thought. His real name is Christopher Poe. He is a convicted criminal and Lisa's husband. The question we all have was how did Sharon Stewart not know this? We as Residents have to go through a credit and background check. It's obvious to most of the Residents that Sharon Stewart was aware of Lisa Poe's Lies and scams. They also tried to scam the Residents by setting up LLC's and other companies to add to their income. One company was the Clean Team. Another was the Green Clean Team, not to mention Main Street Moble Home Brokers. These companies were set up to fool and scam the Residents. When we informed Sharon Stewart of these scams, she tried to lie to the Residents and claim they were outside firms that had nothing to do with Lisa Poe. Sharon only fired Lisa because she was caught red handed after we proved to everyone it was all lies.

 Its a shame Lisa Poe can post lies about me and not have to list her name. Lisa Poe should be in jail. Good won over evil this time!
