Mark Seukeran is a CAREER CRIMINAL with no morals. He needs to be stopped.He preys on the Black latino and Indo Caribean communities! His own people, he is so ruthless.
He claims he can repair anyone’s driving record and wipe out traffic tickets. He asks for a “retainer”, once he receives payment, he disappears. Tens of thousands of dollars have been stolen in the last several months.
He is currently the subject of a fraud investigation from Metro Toronto Police.

If you notice in this Rip Off Report, the person that filed this report left No name or contact information, No identification...just a lot of false information,
ThisReport was done by an anonomus person which infact was most likely past employer, which is now...my direct competition !!
If you have noticed, they have provided no facts or incident location or times. I do not work for Stop All traffic tickets...this completely false.
There is no investigation by the police and anyone who doubts that, is more than welcome to contact the police yourself to verify what I am telling you!! Absolutely No Investigation !!!
This posting was done by my competition as to slander my name. I work for a company called Ontario Legal Ltd. which has a 5 Star rating with yellow pages. I am an Area Manager / Referral Consultant.
I do not represent anyone in court and I do Not repair anyones driving record or ever have claimed to.
More importantly, I do not take make money from any of my clients or ask them for any retainer as I am only an Area Manger.
The licenced Paralegals and Lawyers in my officre are the only ones that take the retainers.
Every allegation in the Rip Off Report is made up and completely false !! It is totally made up !!!!
Again, this fake peerson who posted this article left no name, No address, No contact number and No email !!
