This person is not trustworthy. Do not believe a word he says. He does nothing but lie and steal. He took money from tenants he was subletting to and kept it. He should have paid the rent for the house but he did not for 2 months and this cause an eviction. He did not notify his tennants of the pending eviction. He stole security deposits and caused good roomates to become homeless. On the way out he stole a $900 television and a safe containing irreplaceable things from his roomates. He gave us a new address which was fakke and he turned his phhone off.

This person does not know how to tell the truth. He is a good actor and is good at manipulating others. Do not trust him whatsoever. He is being sued and has leins against him.
