Martinez&Coombs Daniel Martinez & Coombs Criminal defense nevada las vegas

I want to keep this brief because i have a team of lawyers on this guy for what he has done.

Daniel martinez has had and pressured "annonymous individual" into signing a plea deal that was far fetched what he had quoted.

My cousin had been incarcerated because of this scum bag jerk.  He promissed no prison time and other dellusions of Granduer which never happened. Mr. Martinez had stole over thousands and i mean More then 15,000 from this individual because he didn't have the courage to work a deal that would allow the defendant to walk free. 

When a lawyer slams his fist on the table and says sign this deal or i can't represent you after the money has been paid you really got a problem.  My cousin had suffered being locked up and coereced into signing this phoney deal that was supposed to be Probation.  He tagged teamed with the prosecuter a deal that would guarentee the prosecution prison time because the judge was never going to go with the deal in the 1st place. 

By him saying don't worry shut up an sign the guilty plea.  Now the judge who obviously wasn't going to follow that in the 1sst place and Martinez knowlingy knew this.  2 different law firms and the Nevada state bar are now on top of this and i wouldnt be surprised if Daniel martinez and Coombs will face serious legal ramifications. 

Once your deal is signed the judge can go against the deal and slam you.  When your lawyer doesn't even tell you about how much time you would serve if you were to be sentenced you really need to find a lawyer who has Balls and a brain.  This guy should not be on the streets practicing Law.

HE has no means of communication an is purely out for your money. Preying on people who are facing incarceration is scary. Mr. Martinez we will see you in court very soon and your license will be at stake in the state of Nevada.  

I hope nobody ever experiences what this animal has put our family through and the Federal system will intervene with him momentarily
