Marts Oil Service Deducted a fee claiming I broke my contract with them, my contract went from Oct. 2006 to Oct. 2007, I discontinued their service on Oct. 2007. I had a credit balance which they also deducted for a price protection Plan, they say it's automatic but they can't give you any lock in figures New Castle Delaware
