Mary Ann MaClachlan Scam Artist Boise, Idaho

We provided Mary Ann MaClachlan a service.  She signed a charge authorization for the charge after the service was provided.  She was also shipped her product which was specifically designed for her.  To our suprise she called two weeks later asking what the charge was for!  We refreshed her memory and emailed her a copy of her charge authorization and delivery conformation of her product. She then complained why she had to pay for her service and product but agreed to her purchase.

A month later she filed a dispute with her credit card company saying she never authorized the charge!!!!!!!  So we had to deal with a chargeback request on our merchant account!!  We provided proof of delivery with the signed copy of the charge slip and won the dispute but it still goes against our merchant record.  These kind of people are of the worst kind, they buy something, keep it, but try to sneakily get a refund for it!!!  We are posting this so that everyone she ever does business with is warned that she is a sneaky thief!!!!
