Mary Jones contacted me to help sell my house and offered three different leasing options. She found a buyer to put in my home, and was supposed to pay rent and a down payment. She was always late on the rent and never paid the down payment. She never responds to emails or answers the phone and kept blaming the non payment on the buyer of the home.
After months of no down payment or rent, I met the buyer who proved that she had never been late on her rent. She had never heard of Mary Jones and was working with Joanne Pearce. The buyer told me Joanne Pearce claimed that she was the owner of the home and was moving away to be closer to family.
She refused to pay the money owed and just makes threats like she has done to everyone else. Her and her husband Matthew seem to be busy opening up all these different businesses that scam people out of their money. The phone numbers for Mary Jones and Joanne Pearce had the same voicemail, and they are most likely the same person as well as Jules Scott. Another conning business called Julibee Property Ventures.
Do not get involved with these people or businesses unless it is to help bring them down by pursuing legal action! I lost thousands, and so have many other Americans!

Are you serious? Is it the sheriffs department that is conducting the investigation? Are you an officer? I contacted the FBI after I found her businesses and aliases. They were interested, but said they needed it to be a million dollar case. If this evil echant and her scum bag husband are finally going to be held accountable that would make my year. I'm the person that has been tracking down Helen Joanne and Matthew Eric Pearce. It has been a challenge and fun at the same time. They made a mistake of scamming a retired JAG Investigator and I spent years hunting people wanted by the government. I located them in Celebration, FL 34747. We have set up a website with the instructions for filing a complaint with the Osceola Sheriff's Department. Search fsboscam Dot com. They are handling the case and will press charges once all the information arrives. Please call me if you have any questions.
They have nowhere to run now. But you should get the information filled out, notarized and sent to the Osceola Sheriff as soon as possible. Instructions are on the website.
