 Hello Everyone, I just want to bring to everyone attention that massaginginsoles.ca ( MASSGAING INSOLES) company is such fraud company. Who sells massaging insoles in trade show. My story I bought from them in K -DAYS edmonton but one of the insole leaked in my expensive swede shoes and leave the strong stain all over the shoes. When I reported to the customer service. I got call from manager (HARVEY). He gave me as usual customer service speach and appologise to me. Also he assured me that he will try to reimburse me the amount of money if I provide a recipet of shoes. Which I did but unfortunately as I expected I got a call from DENISE ( owner) that they can't guranty any damage and refuse to assist about the damage of my shoes. Also, he tried to put the things on me as well by accusing that it could punctured by nail or some sharp thing. Which I already told him that I didn't have any hole or nail in my shoes. So it's there product quality issue. So end of the story is they just screwed my shoes which I bought through my hard earnings. Before coming to this platform I already informed him that I'm going to share my story out in world through social media and he didn't care for it. NOTE: my motive to share feedback is not to defame any body but just to make sure anyone will get cheated the way I got scammed by these guys. ADVICE : IMMEDIATELY STOP BUYING THIS PRODUCT TO SAVE YOUR FAVOURITE SHOES.
