Master Auto Caremaster Auto C Disrespect, dishonest, ripoff Davenport Iowa

Todd, claimed as the owner of the auto repair shop, served me as I walked in. I called in the early morning before asking him making an appointment. He told me "We will serve you first thing in the morning. When I talked in at about 8:30AM, there is no other customer except me. He explained me everything about the pricing and service. I agreed to have the oil change w/4 tire-rotation and a cheaper coolant flush w/coupon ($10 off original).

I told him I will walk around and let him call me once it is done. After wonder around about 30 more minutes, I walked back and surprisingly the car is seating in the parking lot still. Obviously, they have not started yet. He told he was 2 people off today adn 1 people went home and would be back soon. Finnally, he pulled my in garage. He checked and told me I had to use the more powerful flush, which is $30 more. I asked him I would stick with the cheap one. He got anger. He told the mechanic "Just do the oil change and get him out". What a bad attidute to the customers!! They even roated tires for me too.
