After one year using the Mobe Licence Rights product without a sale the user is eligible for a refund under the termination section of the terms and conditions for the product. I sent Mobe Support a request for the refund with what I believed to be adequate evidence of 3 qualifying traffic sources used for the entire year. They requested more detail and it was provided along with 5 other methods tried during that year. It was over two months before I received a reply stating that I did not provide 3 traffic sources. As stated already there was 3 qualifying sources used consistently for one year being video, article, and pay per click advertising and 5 other sources. Further the company did not request more information or clarification nor did they say my traffic sources did not qualify. There is no appeals process and communication has been cut off. Short version, whether you follow there terms or not you will not get the refund. I figured I could take a shot at this system and use the refund if it didn't work. Apparently I was wrong. Don't make my $2500 mistake.

Class action lawsuit against MOBE are you in

AUTHOR: UsedNabused - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, September 25, 2017

I have been doing MOBE for four months now and before that I was debt free now I'm almost 20k in debt. Their sales pitch at their free workshop is u just drive traffic and they do the rest n don't have to talk to people simple as that. But a lot of us current consultants some having it worse than me didn't realize we ended up spending thousands for ads that don't convert cuz if you didn't pay $60k to be a diamond member you won't get the proper training. Email me kcerv87@gmail.com. I am talking to a lawyer bout a class action lawsuit.
