Not too long ago Matt Smith was prosecuting a member of my family for possesion of an illegal substance. This member of my family was a drug addict and caught using drugs. Matt Smith ended up charging him with approximately 30 counts of drug possesion forcing him to plea out to a prison sentance that is unreasonable.
