Matthews Roofing Company, Inc. Quote for a roofing. Chiacgo Illinois

After going on line to look up roofing companies to repair or replace my roof. I contacted 7 companies and left messages and some where answered. 2 companies said they where to busy for me, the other 3 never returned my call and 2 did. The first one that came out was some from Matthews Roofing, after looking at the roof I was told he would email me a quote which has never came. The other roofing company came latter that same day and gave me a quote on the spot. Since I was going through my home owners insurance and the rep was here. He told the roofing guy from Matthews they where not going to cover the entire roof. So Matthews left still telling me I would get a quote and never did. So after being left high and dry by Matthews I have had to find another roofing company to do my entire roof. Now that I was able to secure funding to do the whole roof. I used Angies List and Home Advisor.
