Matress Giant And Kingsdown sold be a mattress that sagged within days of purchase and has a hump in the middle - they did not make good on the 90 day warranty Coral Springs Florida

We went to Mattress Giant looking for a firm king size mattress. Salesperson introduced us to Kingsdown as the best in the industry, used by the most prestigious hotels in the world. We were told that Kingsdown has a mattress on sale that feels as a soft bed but is a firm bed -- soft but firm, he mentioned. He also talked about pressure points and never introduced any other brand. Kingsdown is the best according to Matress Giant sales person. Salesperson also said that we can bring the mattress back if we were not satisfied - he mentioned 90 days and asked us to buy a mattress cover ($80) to protect the 90 day warranty. We began having problems immediately and I began calling them to complaint. We were asked to give it time - 3 weeks. I called them again and kept complaining about the deep saggins and the hump int he middle of the mattress. New mattress was worse than the one we disposed of. Mattress Giant changed the first bed for same model - same problems with the new bed - it is the model that has a problem. My husband has hip replacements and we told Mattress Giant about his pains and aches. My husband and I are having horrible back and neck aches and wake up upset. Kingsdown came twice to inspect the mattress and are claim has been declined twice. Salesperson told me that there was more people, including him having problems with the beds from Kingsdown. Kingsdown told us that their mattress is performing to specifications that the hump is supposed to be there , the body impressions are less than 1 1/2 inches and that we are supposed to "lay into" their beds instead of "on top" of their beds. This is not advertised anywhere in Mattress Giant and or by Kingsdown anywhere. The mattress we bought total price was $2,169. Mattress Giant suggested to sell us another bed. I guess the challenge for Mattress Giant is now to see if I'm going to be a fool twice. Mattress Giant offered us a new bed at cost and mentioned a $3,000 price. The letter from Kingsdown also mentions that KINGSDOWN "DOES NOT WARRANT COMFORT." Are there any regulations and laws to protect honest consumers? I see many people claiming the same problems with the same corporations and would like to see if there is already a class action suit going on against these two organizations. I cannot believe that with such ease, corporations in the best country in the world take from honest, hard working citizens $2,000. The person I spoke with at Kingsdown told me to go ahead and bring my attorney. Unbelievable!!
