Maurio Wilson MC Materials and LandscapeMC Landscape Supplies Nicholas Smit stole deposit, did not deliver material after taking deposit, San Jacinto California

I hired a company called MC Material and Landscape. The names of the partners are Maurio Wilson and Nicholas Smit. Their yard is located at 22100 San Jacinto Ave, San Jacinto Ca 92583. I gave a deposit of $500 for delivery of 15 yards of rock. They immediately cashed the check and now they will not return my calls.I have gone to the yard but they will not commit to delivery of the rocks as agreed and will not refund my money. I have sent a demand letter with no response. At this point I believe they never intended to delivery the rocks but it was just a scheme to defraud me out of my deposit money. I have now checked with other material yards and discovered the price of the rocks they agreed to deliver is 3 times as much as our agreed price. i believe they could not even had purchased the material for what they agreed to sell it to me for so they never planned on fulfilling the contract. I am sure I am not the only victim of their fraudulent activities. Please beware
