Max Cars Auto Sales Hid material facts Hollywood Florida

I bought a 2005 Merceds Benz S 430 from them in 2012 and paid top dollar.  They showed me a carfax and said this was a 2 owner car with no accidents and no issues.  A few problems along the way, but hey, it is not a new car.  Two years later I went to sell it to Carmax, no relation, and they pull an Auto Check report and inform me that the car has had 3 owners, no big deal, but the auction noted that this car was identified with frame damage.

They never disclosed it although the had to know it, as it was in the report from the auction where they got it.  Now Max, tells me they didn't know cause when the carfax was pulled it wasn't on there.  They are liars, it was on the report from the auction.  Although this has caused the value of the car to greatly depreciate and is costing me thousands and these s******* can care less.

I should have known they were low life dealers when they s****** me around on the financing and they wouldn't fix the most common things that were wrong with the car at the time I bought it.  Steer clear of these guys and stick to reputable companies like Carmax and Auto Nation.  These guys are snakes.
