Max Emfinger TOOK MY MONEY AND RAN Daytona Beach, Florida

Max Emfinger contacted my son who is a highly recruited high school football player in early 2010 (March maybe).  He invited him to play in the 2011 All-American Bowl in Daytona Beach, FL on December 31, 2010.  He mailed a form for us to complete and return with a deposit to secure a position on the team by April.  I have been trying to reach Mr. Emfinger for months to find out more details about the game and when we needed to have our son there, what expenses would be covered, etc.  I have emailed, my husband has called and left various messages and still no response.  Recently I discovered that his website is corrupt so I did a Google search and found others that have been scammed.  What kid of man professes to be so spiritual and religious and in the same breath can take money from people and crush the aspirations of athletes.  You need to be stopped Mr. Emfinger so you cannot do this to any other families.
