Max Emfinger, Max Emfinger's 2010 All-American Bowl Game Classic defrauded, lied, cheated Plaquemine, Louisiana

I am the transportation company that was contacted to provide bus transportation for the High School All American game.  After many, many phone calls and emails I was instructed to send a motor coach to transfer the players to practice.  I was told to take them to one practice facility and then it was changed to another at the last minute.  I was still attempting to get the contract and payment info for the week from Max Emfinger.  He told us that the hotel had already charged his credit card for $4000 and that he needed to free up additional funds.  Since the kids were already out, on a very cold day, on the bus, I let that run continue until they were dropped off at the hotel.  I attempted to locate Max, at the hotel and he was a no show.  I cancelled all other transportation for the week.  During the next several days we attempted to contact Max for payment.  We left several voice mails and sent several emails...no response.  We did manage to contact him once and he offered $100 for the bus charter.  We were told that several parents were going to make all this right, but it never happened.  We went to the hotel on Friday night to inquire if Max was there.  As soon as the manager heard his name he came running out and told us that they had not been paid as well...so the $4000 payment was a lie also.  The hotel manager was quite nervous about this.  Don't know who else was cheated by this guy, but we've been told that this is a fairly regular occurance with him.
