Warning to All Emergency Vehicle Equipment Dealers. A customer which I will publish all his info below is not to be trusted. I post this so other are not affected by his Fraud. He purchased Feniex equipment from us. Claimed it was defective so the platform(Ebay) the equipment was sold through authorized not only a full refund but a pre-paid return label on our dime.

Ebay refunded to him the full purchase amount as soon as the USPS marked the return label as delivered to our shop. Not a big deal right? Well when we opened the packages supposed to contain the equipment we sent to him, we found a random lot of old equipment which was obviously removed from being installed in a vehicle but not one of these items was what he had been sold.

He basically sent us a big shipment of crap and got away scott free with all the brand new equipment we sent him, a full refund to included the original shipping fees and we were forced to pay for him to ship his old used crap back to us. Please do not trust this guy. He is a theif, liar, slimeball sh*tbag that claims to be a first responder in NY. Save yourself from a huge loss and don't deal with him. "BEWARE OF THIS GUY" FYI, No I do not feel bad about putting this dudes info out there.

He is a criminal that commits theft by deception which is a Felony in most states. So everyone deserves to know about him so nobody else is affected as we were.
