Maximum Burn Xtreme Nutrigenic Life LLC, unauthorized charge to my credit card hollywood, Florida

I just checked my credit card statement and found a unauthorized charge for this company.  How can they get away with this?  I called the numbers for the comapny (5 to be exact) and they say I need a customer account number.  How can I have a customer account number when I never placed a order?  No one has access to my credit card but me.  I have read from other sites that they do this all the time.  I want my account credited.  They charged me $87.13 and I never received anything or ordered anything. I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one and they charge me 15.00 to get it right away.. Please help me because other people wrote that they try to charge the account each month.
