Maxnaim Fraud/Ripoff, Internet

On October, I was chosen to received a watch free of charge except for a shipping charge of $5.95.  This amount was deducted from my account and I never received the watch.  I also was charged $98 for something I never received.  When I inquired about it, I was informed that I was to have returned the watch within 30 days.  Not only did I not receive the watch, I was falsely charged this fee. I notice that someone has had that same problem with the same company for the same watch.  This is obviously a ripoff.  It is impossible to contact anyone from billing.  Thjis company needs to be stopped!
