I experienced the same scam after visiting the Cabela site. The survey had a Cabela heading, unauthorized of course, but intended to give the reader a sense that the survey was sponsored by Cabela. If not illegal, this scam is unethical. There seems no way to resolve the problem and get your money back. Read the small print, beilieve that "if it is too good to be true, it probably isn't. Using a legitimate company's heading, the word prize, and placing the essential information in small print all points to scam. I am going to write a letter the California Department of Commerce or its equalivent and complain. The watch is worth $10 and sold for $90.
