Max's Cleaners switch a dress and will not refund my money, no manager will return call. Scottsdale Arizona

I dropped off my dry cleaning when I picked it up, my dress Black "Ann Taylor" dress was switched out, with one that was similar but not mine, I know because I bought two when I was at the Ann Taylor store last spring.  One was a print and one was black but the same style dress.  They are made with a certain fabric and fit a certain way.   I brought the black dress back that they had put in there, tried to explain bringing a duplicate dress to show them the style it should be and she just said it cannot happen.  It is clearly not the same dress.

I tried to show her the difference she was not interested.  I asked the owner/manager to call me.  5 days later with no response, I took the black dress back with a note to contact me please within 3 days I wanted a refund and payment for my missing "Ann Taylor dress" this dress was very nice quality.  The one they gave me is some fabric that is not quality.  It almost looked like they swtiched labels. 

I received a phone call within two hours it was the counter girl, and she was yelling at me saying I was trying to rip them off of money and I could go to hell.

I just want my dress back or payment for my dress.  I feel that this is very poor customer service the manager could not even call me to figure out what happened.
