I ordered products, paid for them, and never recieved them. I have attempted to contact them on several occasions with no response
On September 16, 2011 i ordered 3 bottles of OPI nail polish, totaling 18.75 plus 5.50 shipping and handleing for a total amount paid of $24.25. The order number was #017597 and the invoice number is IN027502.
I immediately realized in the shipping address i had provided that i entered the wrong zip code and emailed them the correct address. i got an email stating my email had been received but heard nothing more on the matter.
On September 20, i received an email stating my package had been shipped to a completely different person and a completely different address. i emailed them regarding this matter on several occasions and have yet to get a response or the products i ordered.
