CMS, MBF Leasing, and Electronic Payment Systems worked together to sign a lease contract which was taken back to the office in Murray, Utah. It was changed and forged and came back to me a very different document with different pricing than I signed up for.

They called and said they got it back with no further argument, but they still have made no attempt to reimburse me for the equipment that was imcompletely programmed by Capitol Merchant Service (now manager Keith Day is under the name of Acumen Merchant Solutions with same address in Murray). MBF Leasing is still not vacating the fraudulent contract agreement. EPS needs to pay us back, in my case, if I sent back the equipment which I did.
