MCGEORGES ROLLING HILLS RV Sales Department Great, Thier service department is the worst Ashland, Virginia

In May of last year I bought a new pull behind camper and had dealer do all the hookups. I had a factory hitch. After a couple trips I found hitch pain wearing the hole in the hitch. Vrought it back up after finding the used the wrond adapter. After a drawn out affair with this service director the odered a new hith and proper hook up and installed. I made a long trip after this and noticed the hich was bent down and bending my bumper. Luckey we did not loose the trailer and hurt someone or even kill them,

After another long drawn out conversation with there Director of Service and he claimed they did nothing wrong the owner and sales manager got involed and we arranhe to trade to a 5th wheel. They sales department did thier best to help me.
I took delivery of the new 5th wheel and had the a/c leaking and on out are vacation we had a brake lock up and destroyed a tire. the decide to cut the brake drum on the wheel of a brand new trailer. I had to get the manufactor involed to do the proper work.

We now my trailer was up there for over 6 weeks for warranty work. I had a health condition that every time i take the sewer cap off to hook up my lines the sweage would poor out. The said the checked it and could not find any thing wrong, I went out and opened the cap and sewage ran all over thier parking lot. I went in and seen the service department and they claimed there is no thing they can do. Call the manufactor. The Director of Service asked me to take my trailer some where else for service.
Thats pretty Poor the can not fix it right and tell a customer that!

I will stress thier Sales are the best but service department is the worst. I have owned over 8 other R.V. and never had an experiance like this.
