Mcgittigans Transportation NON-PAYING RIP OFF ARTIST New Orelands Louisiana

Mcgittigans transportation new orelands lousiana hires any driver they can find set up with runs give excuses why you havent been paid and want you to continue to run for them till you run out of funds ,then want nothing to do with you and will not pay you or under pay you. I am aware of at least a dozen of these cases. As i am one of them.

It has also come to my attention if you have hauled for mcgittigans and assumed they were providing cargo insurance there is a very good chance you were transporting with NO I repeat NO cargo insurance. If you are currently working for them stop until you have verified you have cargo insurance. call sean or marion and demand they provide you with proof of cargo insurance, companay name policy number and person in the insurance company to contact to verify you are insured. Oher wise if something hapens you are on your own and i assure you mcgitigans will deny any responability. They are charging you about $500. amonth and not insuring you.

There are about a dozen drivers that have been screwed over by Mcgittigans I have found in last two days. God only knows how many there is out there.

Mcgittigans must be shut down. How on earth have they been able to get away with this. why hasnt the Department of transportation revoked their authority and prosecuted them. I am making it my business to find out why and who is responsible.

Does any one know who Mcgittigans insurance carrier is? they have not provied me any information as to who they have cargo insurance with.
