MCI ripoff ruined our business and lives, ignorant, nasty customer service East Coast Nationwide

This is a cliff notes version of the story. It is too complex to explain entirely. Several months ago, MCI shut off my business phone because I could not pay the entire bill at that time. When I raised the money and paid the bill the next week. Since then my phone has never worked again, Since we depend on our phone for our livelihood, needless to say, we are about to loose everything because of MCI.

Apprently, when they returned our service, they put in on in our old address. Though they are aware of the problem and a 100 phone calls, they have been unable to restore my service. To ad to the nerve of this company, they sent me a bill for the months they screwed up my service and I didnt have it., and when I confronted them, the nasty woman I talked to said that I was still responsible, and she would give me credit for one day!

I guess if I can raise the money Im going to have to get a lawyer, and MCI will maybe pay attention then. I don't recommend anyone ever use this company! No one knows what they are doing!
