This product is a half a** media player / dlna streamer. IT IS NOT A SERVICE - OR SERVICE PROVIDER!  The sold me and thousands of people a media player for $39-59 then without authorization decided, hey, we cant keep making money off this junk cause theres all sorts of new free open source stuff so let bilk the customers we have billing info for !!!!   next thing you know, there were emails all over the place from Media mal about what versions i had to purchase again etc. I didnt respond to any of them and asked them to stop spamming me.

Next, my paypall gets hit with an anual "license/subscription" WHAT THE HELL FOR? Are you paying me $29 a year because i let you use my paypal account to ease you billing? thats a service in your frame of mind media mall. Hey, should i be billed yearly for my WD live or say, the media player in my Sony DVD player? Without even getting authorization? 3 times i sent notices telling these people to NOT bill me. The last time i filed a complaint with paypal and they refunded me. next thing know, the Media player i bought 10x over was disabled. This company is very very fraudulent. Look at all the other complaints and think twice. If you were ripped off like me as i believe thouands were, there should be a class attmpt.
