MEDOVA HEALTHCARE'S INSURANCE SELLING AGENTS FAXED ME A HEALTH INSURANCE SALES PITCH, I CALLED SOUNDED GOOD, ASKED ALL THE RIGHT QUESTIONS, IF THERE WERE ANY LIMITED AMOUNTS OF DRS. VISITS, THE AGENT SAID, IT WAS UNLIMITED, AND ALL THE COPAYS, HOSPITALS ETC, EVERYTHING WAS JUST THE COPAY AND EVERYTHING WAS 100% COVERED, I SIGNED UP ON THE FAMILY PLAN, AND I CANCELLED MY B/C B/S THAT I HAD BEEN WITH OVER 2 YEARS, WAS GETTING QUITE EXPENSIVE, ONCE AFTER 15 OR MORE DAYS THAT I RECEIVED THE INS. CARDS AND EXPLANATIONS OF BENEFITS, EVERYTHING THAT I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR WAS DIFFERENT THE DRS. VISITS WERE LIMITED TO 4 PER ADULT PER YEAR AND 6 PER CHILD AND AT A MAX PAY OF $1000.00 PER YEAR FOR DRS. BILLS ??????? !!!!!!! PLUS EMERGENCY ROOM VISIT COPAYS WAS $75.00 AND THEY LIMIT THEIR PAYMENTS TO $350 AFTER THAT PER VISIT !!!! CAN YOU IMAGINE, WHAT HOSPITALS CHARGE FOR EMERGENCY VISITS ?? I WAS SO ANGRY THAT THEY DIRECTLY LIED TO ME, AND NOT ONLY WAS I COVERED SO POORLY NOW, BUT MY B/C AND B/S WONT TAKE ME BACK FOR CANCELLING. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU, WHEN I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NO. THEY SAID THEY DO NOT RECORD ANY CALLS, HOW CONVENIENT FOR THEM. IM SURE I WILL BE IN DEEP DEBT. FOR THE DECEIVING AGENTS THEY HIRE.

Medova Healthcare has recently been made aware that unauthorized sales representatives who did not did not submit agent credentialing data and who were not approved by Medova Healthcare to offer our products in the marketplace, placed ads and were selling memberships to organizations that utilized Medova Healthcare plan designs. These sales agents are/were not authorized representatives of Medova Healthcare and had no relationship or appointment paperwork in place to sell our products.
We have tracked down the individuals involved and will be pursing legal and and regulatory actions or recourse available to us to penalize them for their fraudulent activity. Medova Healthcare does not condone and will not tolerate any misrepresentation of our products. Please contact us at 316-616-6160 if questions arise regarding further information on this matter.
