Mega Body Ultra misleads the consumer by suggesting a product trial to be available for the small amount of just shipping and handling of $4.95 then charges the consumers credit card for the amount of $169.95 in 14 days even though the attempt to cancel was unsuccessful via their website we informed the company of the error message that we kept getting as we tried to cancel the message read "we could not find any orders with the information you provided."

Customer Service insist that they need documentation showing that I canceled and all I had and still have available is the error message which kept reoccurring at each attempt to cancel any subscription obligations. Customer service states that this documentation is not sufficient. Furthermore the company advertises and specifically states that this product will help support weight loss and increase muscle tone It did nothing but cause irritable stomach pain and diarrhea.
