They sent me an email that said this was my final notice. They claimed I took out a loan with quick payday. They said the money was deposited into my account successfully. But when they went to withdraw the payments, I didnt have the money in my account to pay them. They said that they tried to contact me to make arrangements for payment, but were unsuccessful, so now they are suing me. They said I have until 3:00 on September 18 to pay 7, 194 or charges will brought against me, I would lose everything if I lost my case and I would go to jail for fraud. They also said I needed to get some form from the IRS and report the money I borrowed as income or the IRS would also be coming after me.
