My grandfather received a letter from Mel S. Harris and Associates stating he owes a debt to a company called: Pinpoint Technologies Too, LLC. When I tried to call to find out what kind of company this Pinpoint Technologies is and when the debt was incurred I couldn't even get a representative on the phone. His bank account was frozen without warning. The only income he has is his social security and his pension which from what I understand are illegal to touch to pay off a debt. I am trying to clear up this matter for him but no one from the office will speak to either my self or my grandfather. If anyone has any advice on how to get the freeze taken off of his bank account I would really appreciate it. This is the money he has to live on for the month and right now he has no access to it. What kind of people are these?
