My mugshot is listed on the website bustedmugshots.com along with millions of others. This site was created for the sole purpose of extortion. They say it is to provide information to the public about criminals however this information is readily available within the government website and does not need to be published by a third party.
If you want to have your mugshot removed they charge you hundreds of dollars to do so. If you were not charged with the crime then they give you the offer to remove it for free. However you have to goto the trouble of finding documentation that proves this... which for me, would be very time consuming and I have enough things to take care of w/o having to worry about going to the trouble of sending this type of info every time some low-life decides they want to publish this type of website.

This guy is now doing the same thing but under a different company.. called 'Global Efficient Energy'

They are reeling in a lot of seniors this way - it starts off with him pretending to be with the electric company, and coming to do an energy audit of your home, they used to do this back in the day for free and legitimately... now these guys are using it as a tactic to get into your home and not leave until you say YES! This guy stayed at my mom's home for four hours, and when she told him NO, he tried to guilt trip her because she 'wasted his time' - as if his time was worth $26k dollars he was trying to sleaze out of her... if anything he wasted HER TIME.
He ended up getting her to sign bc she unfortunately is a pushover, but she called back to cancel and he hung up in her face. I called him and apparently he doesn't understand banking or fair practice laws for financing products through third parties.. (obviously he is not too bright) He neglected to mention a lot of details, leave contact for the bank and was very deceptive in his negotiation.
