melton trucklines dont want real drivers tulsa, Oklahoma

Hello i am a truckdriver with 30 years experience i just came out of orientation with this so called flatbed company melton trucklines. I also have 7 years pulling a flatbed trailer anyway to try and make this short i was rejected because i couldnt stand on one foot like a pelican for 30 seconds.I am a safe driver with a good record .What really blows me away is i was the only driver there with any experience there were guys in there who had only been behind the wheel of a semi 4 months.I wasted a whole week waiting to go for this job and had to ride a greyhound to even get there.I guess what really blew me away was the introduction film of the history of this company it said only 2 out of 100 applicates make it to become employed by them.I DONT UNDERSTAND Y THE RECRUITING DEPARTMENT DOESNT TELL YOU THIS UPFRONT.I am so close to losing everthing that i wouldnt have waisted my time or theres.
